Friday… I’ve been looking forward to you!!! My Hubby has had Friday’s off from work all summer, so that means I get to sleep in on Friday’s while he wakes up with the kiddos! (So thankful!) Breakfast is made, kids are dressed and happy by the time I walk down the stairs. Oh Fridays, I love you. We don’t have much planned this weekend. Maybe we’ll set up a play date with our best friends or spontaneously visit with some family. But like most summer nights, we’ll end our days in the pool. ? My favorite way to cool down from our HOT SUMMER NIGHTS!
So, while the kids are playing with their daddy, reading books, piggy back rides and some early Friday cartoon watchin’, I get to hide away in my craft room and make today’s card! Thank you thank you thank you Hubby!
Here is the card I was able to make:
So, continuing with this week’s featured stamp set – Daisy Delight – I wanted to show you some ideas that you can create very quickly and beautifully!
Daffodil Delight card base: 5 ½” x 4 ¼”
Wood Textures Designer Series Paper (DSP): 5 ¼” x 4”
Daffodil Delight: 4 ¼” x 1 ¼”

I love the rustic look to this card! The yellows and the wood with the pop of white! What do you think?
